If you join us as an experienced candidate, you will complete a one-day induction programme, followed by access to a breadth of learning opportunities across Barclays Wealth, including e-Learning and classroom-based training. In addition to all of this, of course, you will have the opportunity to learn day-on-day from some of the most talented employees in the industry.
If you join us at Executive level, you will undertake our introductory programme, equipping you with all the necessary knowledge - theoretical as well as practical – to prepare you for your new role as a Private Banking Executive. Once you have completed this, you will have access to a breadth of learning opportunities across Barclays Wealth. In addition to all of this, you will of course learn day-on-day through your Private Banker and client access. Performance dependent, you will also be given the opportunity to study for appropriate professional qualifications, such as CeFA, IMC and CFA.
