A First-Class Training Programme and ongoing learning

Our introductory programme will equip you with all the necessary knowledge - theoretical as well as practical – to prepare you for your new role as a Private Banking Executive. Once you have completed this, you will have access to the breadth of learning opportunities across Barclays Wealth, including e-Learning and classroom-based training. In addition to all of this, you will of course learn day-on-day through your Private Banker and client access. Performance dependent, PBEs will also be given the opportunity to study for appropriate professional qualifications, such as CeFA, IMC and CFA.
